Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children under 13 years of age in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In addition to the login/email address, we collect the child's first and last name. We do not knowingly collect any other personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Student email addresses will never be shared with any third party. When a child joins a studio within the Westley app, we store the information about their association with that studio. When they log a practice in the app, their practice timings will be stored and made available for viewing by the head of their studio as well as other students within their studio. This information is collected to enhance their experience and facilitate interaction within the studio. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information beyond the scope of this policy, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information not in accordance with this policy, please contact us at support@westleyapp.com so that we can take necessary actions.

Parents or guardians can review, delete, manage, or refuse further collection of their child's information by contacting us at support@westleyapp.com.
